Job Description

We are representing a key company in Abu Dhabi with a specific recruitment need. Covering predominantly oil and gas, they are looking for a new Senior Legal Counsel to join their small legal team.

Job Responsabilities

• his is a very busy team, going through significant growth and change. The work would see you handing a broad range of corporate, commercial, complex projects and risk management, all within the sphere of the energy industry.
• Preferably a general corporate and commercial background from an energy industry perspective, but projects and construction could also be helpful.
• Common law qualified, preferably with experience of working at either a top law firm, or multinational in-house environment.
• Strong preference for lawyers already based in the UAE or at least the GCC.

Education

• Basic - Bachelor of Laws (LLB)(Law)
