We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership and department heads to align HR practices with business objectives. You will focus on strategic workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development while ensuring the company fosters a high-performance culture.

Job Responsabilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
• Advise on organizational design, employee relations, and performance management.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and create a positive work environment.
• Oversee talent development programs, succession planning, and leadership training.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and best HR practices within the manufacturing environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
